Noelle Serino, MPH

Noelle joined the Lown Institute as a Policy Analyst in August 2023 after receiving her Master of Public Health degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the Yale School of Public Health. Prior to enrolling in graduate school, Noelle attended American University in Washington, DC where she received her dual-major bachelor’s degree in Public Health & Justice and Law. 

Noelle’s research interests lie at the intersection of health equity, community wellness, and health policy reform. Some of her most recent work includes the creation of a municipal extreme heat and air quality response plan for the Connecticut Department of Health and a report on the state of accessibility and insurance coverage of assisted reproductive technology for LGBTQ+ populations.

During her academic career, Noelle worked with a variety of public health organizations including the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, Yale Center on Climate Change and Health, and Institute for Medicaid Innovation.

In her free-time, Noelle enjoys spending time outdoors and expanding her ever-growing vinyl collection.
